What counts as a request?: One request is one initial text enhancement. Alternatives returned with it and refinements made while you continue typing do not consume another request.
Do unused requests roll over?: No. The 10 discovery requests are a one-time allowance. After email verification, your 50-request free quota renews monthly on the reset date shown in the app.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. You keep unlimited access until the end of the period you paid for, then your account falls back to the free plan.
How do I pay?: By card, processed securely by Stripe. Plumeo never sees your card details.
Do I need an account to try it?: No. You can download Plumeo and use your 10 discovery requests straight away: they are tied to your device, not to an account. Creating a free account and verifying your email unlocks 50 requests per month.
What does “Unlimited” mean?: There is no monthly quota for personal human use. To protect the service from automation and bulk abuse, a fair-use guard allows up to 100 new enhancement sessions per UTC day. Alternatives and refinements in the same session are included.
How does the 14-day withdrawal period work?: You request immediate access when subscribing. If you withdraw from your account area within 14 days, access ends immediately and Stripe refunds the annual price minus the small time-based share already supplied.
