Terms of sale

Article 1 — Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the “Unlimited” subscription to Plumeo, a desktop application for AI-powered text enhancement, published by Richard Carrée, entrepreneur individuel, exerçant sous le nom commercial Axoft (SIRET 810 368 605 00020), the “Publisher”.

Article 2 — Plans and prices

The service offers a free plan (50 requests per month) and an “Unlimited” plan at €12 per year (i.e. €1 per month), billed annually. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Applicable prices are those displayed on the Pricing page at the time of ordering.

Article 3 — Ordering and payment

The subscription is purchased on the site after creating an account. Payment is made by card via Stripe. Unlimited access is activated as soon as payment is confirmed.

Article 4 — Duration and renewal

The subscription runs for one year and renews automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account area; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, free of charge, after which the account falls back to the free plan.

Article 5 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have fourteen days from subscribing to withdraw without giving a reason. Send your request to contact@plumeo.ai; the subscription is then refunded in full.

Article 6 — Service availability

The Publisher strives to keep the service continuously available, without an obligation of result. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to third-party providers (hosting, AI provider, payments).

Article 7 — Liability

Enhanced texts are generated by artificial intelligence: they may contain inaccuracies and are provided as suggestions. You remain solely responsible for the texts you use, publish or send. The Publisher’s liability is capped at the subscription amount paid over the last twelve months.

Article 8 — Personal data

Data processing is described in the privacy policy.

Article 9 — Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, you may freely refer to the following mediator: À COMPLÉTER — médiateur de la consommation désigné. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

Article 10 — Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a translation, the French version prevails.
